In our years of producing films we have been fortunate enough to make solid contacts with our distributors. CRC has received distribution on ALL 3 of our productions and 3 distribution deals on our 3 up coming films that are currently in pre-production.

Q - Why CRC Digital Entertainment?

A - CRC offers a very competitive rate for your film. Most Producer Representatives offer a 50/50 cut deal. CRC doesn't believe that a Producers Rep should make the same amount of money as the filmmaker, after all it is your film. We are just using our contacts to get your film on the shelves and make you the money you deserve. CRC does not get paid a dime unless you are getting paid and CRC offers the lowest rate of only 15%.

How it works:

FEATURES (films that stand alone)

1 - Contact us: films@crcentertainment.com

2 - Send screener to CRC Digital Entertainment.

3 - If chosen, we will contact you and send a NON-Exclusive Contract for your review. This contract gives us your permission to show it to companies yet allows you to do what you want to do with it while we try to sell it. This contract is NON-Exclusive so you still have the option to go your own route. We decided to go this way so you don't feel as if you are losing any rights to your film without a distribution deal.

4 - Once our distributor has picked up your film we would then send a different contract that would be exclusive, if you decide to go with the offer.

SHORTS FILMS

1 - Contact us: films@crcentertainment.com

2 - Send screener to CRC Digital Entertainment.

3 - If chosen, we will contact you and before any contracts are signed we will be accepting other short films to be placed on the comp DVD first. Once we gain enough high quality short films to match yours we will then send you a contract that states you gave us your film for this feature (with all the % rate and list of gained materials besides just the film). The best part about this is that you never lose the right to your short film. The contract is only to protect us from people who are sue happy (filmmakers saying CRC never had our permission).

Short films are different for us than features unless it is a film around 45 mins such as a documentary or an animated film (these can be used as a stand alone film and would be set to the rules of a feature). Most of our short films are placed together in a compilation film made up of different short films with filler (interviews, host, ETC.) between each short to make it a feature. There maybe more for CRC to Shoot (interviews and such) before it would be a feature film ready for distribution.

The difference between a short and a feature is we gain rights to the feature but not to the short films by themselves so you can let us use the film and after/during the time of sale you still own the rights to the short no matter what. "Visions of Horror" (Now in stores) was made this way.

Since these short films are all different lengths and some with better production quality than others we offer profit sharing of up to 20% (this being on a higher production value and TRT of about 30 mins.)

This is not going to make anyone rich but it could be some money and great exposure for yourself as a filmmaker.

If we need any interviews, behind the scenes footage or and other material we will contact you for it.

All materials gained from you the filmmaker, will be listed on the contract of materials received from you to allow us to use all of it and the set % rate you will be receiving upon sale of film.

If you do not own the rights to all aspects of the film (music/score, big name logos) please do not send us the film because we will not be able to use it or show it.

You have total freedom with CRC and nothing happens without your say so.
